How do I create a memorial?

Accepted Answer

Click Create Memorial from the homepage, choose a plan, and enter the basic details about your loved one. You'll be redirected to our secure payment provider, Stripe, to complete checkout. Your account is created automatically during checkout, so there's no separate sign-up. After payment you're taken to your Account page where you can build the memorial.

What happens to my memorial if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Your memorial stays online until the end of the period you have paid for, then it is hidden from guests. Your content is not deleted at that point: it is kept for at least 30 days, so if you resubscribe within that window everything is restored exactly as it was. After that, the memorial is permanently removed.

How do I manage my privacy settings?

Accepted Answer

Privacy settings live in Account Settings under Privacy and Email Consent. Memorial pages are private by default and only viewable by people you share the invite link with. From the same area you can manage email preferences and review the privacy policies you've accepted.

Question 4

Why can't my guests access the memorial?

Accepted Answer

The most common causes are: the memorial is still in Draft status (set it to Live in your dashboard), the invite link has a typo, or your plan's guest limit has been reached.
